Hi, Iā€™m Mandi.

Mandi has worked in the behavioral health field for the last 12 years in a variety of settings and roles in substance use disorder treatment, community mental health, forensics, and private practice. In addition to direct care, she has experience managing staff in behavioral health programs and presenting trainings for risk assessment. Mandi enjoys building a small private practice while continuing toward her completion of a PsyD in clinical psychology.

She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the Evergreen State College, a certificate in Human Service Substance Abuse from Pierce College, Master of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University, certificate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. When she is not working or studying, Mandi enjoys mountaineering and spending time with her friends and family.

I offer individualized care that is client-driven and grounded in evidence-based practices. We will start by getting to know you, establishing a flexible plan, and building the trust and rapport that is essential for good therapy.

Individuals

I work with adult humans from all walks of life and welcome a diverse range of clients. Opportunities for group therapy also exist if that is interesting for you.

couples

My approach with couples is grounded in the Gottman Method, integrating interpersonal and psychodynamic techniques as well.
